Quick, efficient, clear communication
The cleaner who came was very friendly and just got on with the job. The carpets came up really clean. Two bedrooms were done so quickly, probably within 45 mins. He cleaned up after himself. Prolux communication in general was very good and easy to work with too.

Cleaning of carpet and mattress
The technician arrived on time. He was polite and took care in my property. I had a mattress steam cleaned and landing, stairs,bedroom carpet. Very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent job and outstanding customer service
thank you so much to Victor for the carpet and sofa cleaning at our home yesterday. He was incredibly kind and thoughtful with our 1 month baby at home, great communication in advance of coming and generally 5* service. The carpets and sofa look brand new and I look forward to using ProLux again.
