The street view isn't of this property and under "Overall Attributes," number of stories is listed as "1" for this two-story apartment community. (The leasing office here is 1 story. However, the wrong apartment in the street view is one story.)

The Customer Service staff was very attentive. However, the information provided was not accurate. There seems to be a disconnect between the Assessor's Office and what is legally recorded. I requested and received an immediate refund. I am now waiting to hear back from them regarding the correct information.
