I love this platform
I love this platform. It's very accurate, I did research on my own property. It gave me everything and more. It's hard to find the owner and Title Companies charge $250 for each search. Thank you for this awesome tool.

The report was OK... Although, I couldn't find in the report when we originally bought the house in 1995 and the original deeds.

Report not up-to-date
I paid to try and find out who just moved in next door because we share a driveway. I am handicapped and need to call them about plowing the driveway. The report only showed the 2 owners BEFORE the current owners. How can I find out who owns the property now?
