Proplates Avis 

Have ordered a couple times now from Proplates. Always a bit wary when ordering anything custom made as it has to be on point with little margin for error. However I cannot fault this company. Communication excellent and I must admit the quality of the badges were way better than I expected. Very happy with how they turned out and so is my customer. Thanks again

I ordered custom spaced plates (one being a 5 digit plate) on standard delivery Tuesday evening, the plates arrived the Friday of that week. Discrete company logo barely visible in the bottom corner and the plates were of a more than acceptable standard.

What amazing service. Most of my dealings had been danielle who went above and beyond in an effort to fill my unique requirements. Proplates really do go the extra mile and ensure customer satisfaction. The quality is beyond anything ive ever seen. Ive got 3 cars and they now will all wear plates provided by proplates.

Took a week to arrive but they double checked spacing before making them👍 . Arrived today and they’re perfect . Used on front of 981 slightly cut down self adhesive plates . Used heat gun to gently form the slight curves of the front bumper instead of using a full size flat plate. Looks great 👍 very happy great quality

Fantastic custom plates exactly as I requested at a great price and delivered super quick. Brilliant.

Quality is good, but didn't realise there'd be a fairly large logo from the company at the bottom of the plate. When I asked on Live Chat regarding this, they explained it's because they're road legal. I've had many road legal plates from other companies, and whilst it indeed has to have the manufacturer's information, it doesn't need their logo.

Live chat went round in circles.

ProPlates are just awesome at what they do. Just ordered my 2nd set of plates from them, and they are just amazing. Just what I wanted and explained and more 👍🏻 the plates arrived very quick (virtually the next day) I won't use anyone else for number plates.

Ordered BMW replica dealer plates, design was excellent & they arrived quickly. Very efficient service, good quality plates, will use Proplates again.

Ordered plates on 29 May and paid extra for express delivery (1-2 day). Plates still not received - chased yesterday and received an email from the courier company this morning say I would receive my plates on 6 June - a week after ordering. Would not use again.

Ordered plates on the 24th may with a 2 day delivery. today is the 30th may and nothing. emailed them, they said ill get them today. guess what, nothing. Their contact number on facebook is different to their website. look them up on companies house, different business name. avoid avoid avoid

Used this company previously without a problem. However on this occasion the plates arrived promptly but were missing the border. Despite several emails, live chat messages, and a voicemail, no response received after 3 days. Not impressed, as other reviews have said unfortunately if there is a problem then they don’t appear to want to know. Won’t be using again!

I received a first class service.excellent quality Plates delivered within 48hrs and exactly as I wanted at a very good price. I would be more than happy to buy from this company again.

ProPlates are a cowboy outfit , i ordered a set of number plates on the 30th of April and have not recieved any updates on delivery , nothing, how long does it take to make a set of number plates

I ordered a stick on vinyl plate earlier in the week. I paid extra for express delivery as I needed the plate to be delivered urgently. The plate arrived in 48 hours but was someone else registration and not what I ordered. I have called several times but the phone number doesnt work and I am not getting a response to my emails. Im happy to update this review if I get a response however its not looking good at the moment.

After a long time finding somewhere to make what i had in mind id given up until i spoke to ProPlates. Made me exactly what i had in mind. Their custom side banner service made exactly what i was after. Less than a week from order to delivery with confirmation and update emails along the way. Parcel2go are not great to be honest, the plates were despatched within a day or 2 but took 4 days to be delivered but it was free shipping and overall the process was quick and painless.
