ProProfs Avis 

ProProfs can be a little hit and miss. They offer a reasonably priced product that provides an adequate solution, provided you have the patience to deal with slow responses from the internal support team. We experienced some teething problems with the platform, which took time to resolve.

We were particularly disappointed with the lack of support when we decided to leave. We were mistakenly billed for an additional month, but despite several attempts to contact the team, we did not receive a refund. We also never received the final invoice, and our emails appeared to be ignored once we were no longer a customer. This left us with a frustrating final impression of the company.

Custom changes to the UI were made with alacrity and skill. Very nice folks, dedicated to customer satisfaction.

This is a very reliable product that works perfectly.

Support is also first-class which is important for a front- line tool.

We have been a ProProfs customer for several years. Unfortunately, since the platform migration on 22 May 2026, we have experienced a prolonged period of instability and disruption.

Issues reported by our users have included 502 Bad Gateway errors, session timeouts, interrupted tests, incorrect timestamps and other reliability problems affecting live examinations. This has resulted in significant operational disruption, additional administrative workload and frustration for students and parents.

I formally requested senior management involvement on 29 May 2026 and provided my contact details. Despite multiple requests and providing my availability for calls, no senior manager has contacted me to discuss and understand the issues being experienced by our users.

I was also disappointed that live chat support was unavailable over the weekend, including during the period immediately following the migration. For a platform being used to deliver live assessments, this made it difficult to obtain support when problems were actively occurring.

As of 15 June 2026, further critical issues remain unresolved:

• Creating a new quiz from an Excel upload returns a 500 error.
• Changes made to existing quizzes are not being saved.

These are fundamental platform functions and have directly affected our ability to administer assessments.

Support staff have generally been polite and responsive. However, the overall resolution process has been slow, and many of the issues reported following the migration have taken far longer to resolve than expected.

A formal complaint has now been submitted. I hope the matter is addressed promptly and I will happily update this review if the outstanding issues are resolved satisfactorily.

The platform is simple and easy to use. Any system problems reported to Nitin are resolved accurately and immediately. Thank you.

His answers were direct to the point, and he even shared the code I needed to use. ProProfs Survey is an easy-to-use product, and I hope it will have many more features in the future.
