Really enjoyed chatting with Alan and Ian regarding information about a lamello zeta p2 👌
Quick delivery 👌
Disappointed that I was charged £25 for delivery even when I spent over £2000 on my order

Thank you for your feedback, and we're pleased Alan was able to share his knowledge around all things Lamello.
We're sorry you weren't satisfied with the price of delivery. The reflects what FedEx charge us. We don't make anything on top, and in this case the cost was also subsidised by us. That said, we are always reviewing our delivery arrangements and will continue to make sure we offer value with reliability, speed, and cost. We hope to welcome you back soon!
Service spot on
Service spot on, also sorted me a free battery as I pre ordered my item and at the time wasn't aware of the free battery promotion.
