Protur Hotels Avis 

Stayed at the Protur Atalaya in Cala Millor for 10 nights.
Brilliant location, wonderfully clean and spacious and well presented and modern. Would stay here again if ever back in Cala Millor. Staff are so knowledgable and friendly, many thanks!

My Family and I arrived at the Protur Roqeutas Hotel & Spa on the 5th May 2022. We all found the Hotel clean and the staff very welcoming. The food in the restaurant was lovely, plenty of chose and high quality. The waiter service was excellent, nothing was to much trouble. All areas of the Hotel were immaculate. We didn’t want for anything. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. A special mention to the Manager of customer relations Juan, who would always seek you out and have a friendly chat and check everything was ok. He was very helpful with any request we had and nothing was too much trouble for him. We will definitely be going again next year.

Service, service og atter service

Tjek in sent fredag aften blev vi tilbudt sen buffet i restauranten, mens kufferterne blev båret op på værelset.

Næste dag skiftede vi værelse for at få en lidt bedre udsigt mod børnenes Splash Pool World i stedet for nabo hotellet. Ingen problem selv om hotellet var næsten fuld booket.

Pool området var fyldt - men på ingen måder crowdy, så vi følte på intet tidspunkt, at vi bare lå i et kæmpe lag.

All inclusive var traditionel til morgenmad og frokost. Begge dele kunne indtages i både restaurant og poolbar, hvis man kom lidt sent op. Aftenbuffeten var varieret, selvom der også var gentagelser.

Hotellets personale viste hele vejen i gennem service og altid smilende.

Kan kun anbefales - og vi kommer sikkert tilbage :)

As a disabled person, trying to tick all the boxes when looking for a holiday, is never that easy, yet now I have found Protur hotels, I honestly found I found the a company that really understands, just how much reassurance disabled people need when looking for a holiday. We were lucky to book the Bonamar hotel July 17, and as a wheelchair user I had a fantastic two weeks as the hotels lifts to all floors and a lift down to the dining room, being a adult only help a great deal, as the there is no worry’s about being bumped, as falling over is a major concern.
I have just booked another two week in October this year and already received a phone from the Bonamar after I email them, such great customer service,
