Alfie was super helpful on the telephone, and, when I arrived to have the tyres replaced his colleagues were straight onto the job. Definitely think they're helpfulness has improved.

Job completed satisfactorily same day but cold waiting office space
After a change of date to the next day due to staff sickness I had to have more work done on the brakes pads then first thought. I was well looked after and the whole job was able to be completed around 3 hours. However I had to stay longer at the office to wait than intended. My only complaint was it was so,so cold, freezing in the room not sure how your staff manage it. One badly placed tiny radiator. I had a blanket, coat and scarf on through out. So please can you make it warmer in there for both customers and your staff as they deserve a warm place to work. Otherwise had a quality service.

Always great customer service
Always great customer service. I am always impressed with how staff help those, often elderly customers, coming in to have tyre checks, fluid checks. A couple of times they have just sorted small things for me as part of the wider work being done. Always reasonable and not looking to charge for every tiny thing!

I was on my way to a funeral when the warning light came on in the car . I drove to Alcester Protyre where I have always had excellent service. A nail was spotted in the tyre and luckily the garage had the sizes I required instock.
