Worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
Booked my vehicle in, not looked at all day. Phoned and they fobbed me off with it would be looked at soon. Had to drive all the way to the garage to check it was done. Got told they were too busy to look at it and that the work I had asked them to look at the day before they hadn’t done either because they were too busy. Don’t book customers in if you can’t meet the demand. Great service making someone feel really disrespected that they didn’t count as a customer when everyone else did as they looked at their vehicles and couldn’t be bothered with yours. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Won’t be going back. Would like to add I had been a loyal customer for two years getting all my vehicles work done there. Extremely disappointed.

Car failed mot on brake pads but they want to charge the earth to replace them i have a cheaper quote so I won't be returning

5 Stars for the performance but only 2 for the waiting time, I waited 5 hours for the repair, it would have been nice to have been informed that it would take a long time and they would call me when it was ready.
