Polite , helpful staff, regas started straight away, good price. Waiting room spacious, clean, wifi, air con, coffee machine. Online booking easy and prices clear. Would use again and recommend.

Fantastic service
I noticed at 16.30 that I had a rear slow tyre puncture.
I went along to my local Protyre in Charminster and received the most amazing service from start to finish.
I have never seen such a clean reception area.

Disappointing wait.booked in for an 8:30 inspection although vehicle wasn’t looked at until 9:10 so your customer booking times are way out.The garage wasn’t busy so you can’t use that as an excuse.apart from that all good.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Taking time to discuss the benefits of different brands and type of tyre, from water dispersion, fuel efficiency and noise levels to cost benefits. The team took excellent care of my car and recommended future servicing (which I was already partially aware of).

Great service as usual
Great service as usual. Had 4 tyres fitted . My granddaughter whose 5 even had a cake and hot chocolate given to her while she waited with us . Her only comment was and I quote " Is there any cream and marshmellows " much to the amusement to the other customers .😅😅

Spot on, I pre-ordered a time slot for a tyre for my van the night before on line. Really impressed by the whole set up. Staff are friendly, nice waiting area with coffee machine. Definitely recommend this place.
