Excellent website, lots of choice and easy to book and pay. Very informative staff, did what they said they would do and then gave me the most detailed electronic and paper based breakdown of all the work carried out plus an electronic fault map.

Great service
Pre booked slot and paid for 2 tyres online. Arrived on time. Informed of a slight delay but wasn't an issue but was still on my way in less than 45 minutes. Very efficient service. Couldn't fault it.

Paul and the team at Protyre always do an excellent job. Efficient, effective, punctual and on-time.
I had two new tyres fitted (special promotion) and tracking adjustment that needed doing.
A comprehensive report as to tyre wear, brakes performance and required maintenance also provided. Thank you

Problems with booking system
I booked an MOT online and received an email confirming the date and time. On dropping the car off it emerged that the car hadn’t been booked in on the booking system at the confirmed time and date but for a completely different date. When the manager checked his email system it confirmed the date and time I had received. It was fortunate that there was a slot later in the day which could accommodate the car.
