Protyre Autocare - Bushey Avis 

Friendly greeting upon arrival. My car went in straight away and completion was within the time given. I've used this garage a few times and never had any issues. I'll use this garage for my MOT all the even if I end up moving further from it.

Tires fitted promptly and price competitive. However, Service was poor. Guy at the desk would not give me his full attention. Spent his time typing and looking at the screen. I was in retail, and I know this is bad practice. Also, when I returned to the car I found that the greasy wheel lock nut had been left on the passenger seat instead of being put back in the boot tool kit where it came from. The boot was left in a an untidy state. It should have been returned to the state how the fitter found it.

Because when i recharge A/C they told me there’s any leak machine checked but on 15/03/2025 first appointment.When they changed A/C only 3 hours after no A/C.When they gave an appointment on19/03/2025 at 10.00am.They are checked and again recharged but after two hours no A/C.

Knowing I needed new tyres the facility of being able to research, select and order tyres in advance was a great attraction. Service on the booked day was good too.

It was so easy to book and I needed a specific tyre asap and they changed it right the next day. They seem very professional and don’t make you wait unnecessarily. Happy with their job and price was competitive too.

I was concerned that the check engine light was constantly on, so they gave me a quick appointment and solved the problem on the day. The car drives like new now - thanks so much!

Really helped me out with new tyres on New Years Eve having been towed there overnight. They didn't have them in stock but made an order and had them by the afternoon which was a huge relief for me. Very helpful.
