Was told they would match the online 25% off for aircon regas whilst having tyres fitted. But when I got my email reciept I had been full price.

Unresolved complaint
We have an ongoing complaint: we were given conflicting advice by your employee s about the condition and safety of our brakes and an inability to correct the problem due to inadequate suppliers. As a result we have been driving an unsafe vehicle.
