Protyre Autocare - Colchester Avis 

My car tyre had a slow puncture and I took it to Protyre, where the cause was quickly identified and a permanent repair was able to be made, rather than going to the expense of a new tyre. It was all done in less than an hour. Such honesty and professionalism means my wife and I will continue to look to Protyre in future, as we have done in the past.

Always use them for tyre replacements, predominantly due to their knowledge.

Had stone through tyre, took wheel to Protyre, they asked to leave it with them as they couldn’t do it same day. However a few hours later they rang to advise that was irreparable and new tyre needed. Agreed on a decent budget tyre and would be ready next day. A further phone call later from them saying they managed to fit in and it was ready to collect there and then. Excellent service from this branch and great customer service at a reasonable price - thanks

Protyre have always given me a excellent service , a really comfortable waiting lounge with free coffee as you view your vehicle on a monitor having its mot by professional staff

Had a couple of issues with the brakes but Amy was very professional in dealing with the problem and got them all sorted. When picking the car up Steve the manager was extremely helpful. Will definitely be recommending them and also reuse them in the future.

I was looked after extremely well by John the technician and Steve the manager, they spent a lot of time to try and rectify a problem I had with my vehicle pulling to the left, after a close examination and 4 wheel tracking done it was suggested that the problem could be a result of cheap budget tyres on the front axle, they have since fitted 2 Falken tyres to the front axle and it has made 100% difference to the problem

Got a flat tyre, took it in and they took it off showed me the problem and replaced it there and then. In and out in 40 minutes

Booked for my tyre to be changed through Blackcircles.com. Was given a 9am slot which I accepted. Then I get an email to say 9am is not available anymore. I then get offered a choice of a different time so I choose 10am. I get an email confirming my slot at 10am. I even get a reminder email of my 10am slot. Get to the garage and they don't have me down for the 10am slot!!!! No record of the 10am even though I showed them the email confirming my 10am slot! Very disappointing and frustrating!
