Great customer service from Jake
I’ve spoken to Jake over the phone and he was extremely helpful, polite and was patient in answering all queries I had. He is a lovely young man! He answered all of my questions, I don’t know a lot about cars, however he explained everything that was needed in fine detail and in a way that I was able to understand! Jake was able to book me in the same day. The job was completed efficiently and to a good standard. Will be returning 100%, would recommend this branch to anyone!

good price for the tyres selected with a detailed report covering the wheel tracking and brakes.
The staff on the reception desk were friendly and helpful. In all a good experience compared to many other garages I have had dealings with.
