The staff are very helpull and the people working the desk definitely need credit for there help . All in all a very good experience and well recommended.

The administration process needs a…
The administration process needs a thorough review. I brought tyres from RAC for ProTyre to fit. ProTyre initially denied they had received them so lost my time slot. When RAC got involved an hour later the tyres were then found. I was told to go next day. On arrival ProTyre stated RAC had not discussed booking and had to go back a 3rd time for fitting of tyres. ProTyre had to reschedule a 4th appointment for tracking and MOT. On arrival informed my low mileage car failed MOT on emissions. I decided to drive my car directly 5 miles to a trusted garage who retested emissions and it passed.
Company needs to be more proactive and helpful if they want a good reputation. If they aren't making enough money from people sourcing tyres elsewhere they should not offer this service. Disappointed wouldn't recommend.

My car was late by an hour to be taken in.
But one of the mangers called me today and apologised about what happened and promised me that it would not happen again. I felt valued as a customer.

The parts for my car had not turned up when I got there to have them fitted , The guy behind the desk got in his car and went to the next town to pick them up they were fitted straight away big thumbs up for that guy and five stars for Protyre .

Excellent service
Took car for MOT, they rang me when it was ready, had couple of advisories, one for couple tyres, which man went through, can’t remember his name, but he didn’t quote me for more expensive ones as he based it on my low usage, which I thought was good. He went through couple other things and I then booked car in for service, as was very impressed that they were genuine and not trying to sell me things I didn’t need. Would recommend.
