Friendly, efficient service for value for money service.
My enquiry was quickly answered, the booking service was easy and was made for the following day. There was no delay on starting the work upon arrival, and they finished early by about 15 minutes on the estimated time period given at time of booking.
The staff were very friendly and explained everything in a clear (non condescending) manner, and the price was good value for money!
I’ve already recommended to family members to go to Protyre Hayling Island.

Courteous, informative and quick, plus the price turned out to be reasonable given that I needed the tyre ASAP and had no time to shop around as I would do normally.

Good communication and honest service
They were helpful when we first called then when I delivered the car I was given an idea of when it would be looked at. Later that day I had a call to let me know the diagnosis, solution and cost and to arrange a time for collection. All in all, great service and I am a happy customer.

Great customer service with care
I have used this branch on about 4 occasions to date following my old favourite garage changing hands and the new people having no customer service. Protyre are always polite, professional and extremely helpful and friendly. I will continue to drive from Bognor to Protyre for my service and MOTs the guys are great and very reasonably priced
