I just managed to get to ProTyre near Holton Heath near Wareham with a puncture. I had no appointment but the staff there were very helpful going above and beyond reasonable expectations I would like to say a big thank you to them for all! there very much a credit to ProTyre! Push out of our allotted time.
We had an an appointment booked for 09:00. We got seen at 09:50. My wife missed her meeting and we were altogether very unhappy. There is no point in booking if you can’t keep basic time keeping especially as we are good customers.

Had an appointment cancelled at the…
Had an appointment cancelled at the very last minute when I was already there. I had tried to call ahead to check exactly where the location was and no-one picked up the phone. No-one had emailed or called to let me know not to bring the car in and they couldn’t offer another appointment. I now how to wait for the refund to go back into my account.

The Holton Heath team are really good.
The Holton Heath team are really good.
They showed me the problem with each of my tyres
Also they repaired a valve in another of my wheels and at the end this was free of charge.
Both the fitters are nice lads friendly and happy to explain things.
