Online system doesn't work
Booked in my tyre to be replaced online, paid for tyre and booked fitting time. When I arrived at the fitting time, I was told that the times you book online don't always relate to what appointments they have available and they don't actually have space for me, I would have to wait another 2 days before having it fitted.

Very friendly and helpful
Very friendly and helpful - both in reception and work on the tyre - which was carried out promptly and efficiently. A welcome and useful vehicle health check was provided too. Very pleasing service all round.

Excellent service from the Holton Heath…
Excellent service from the Holton Heath staff. Booked tyres and alignment online but looks like website had glitch as tyres not in stock and alignment booked for different time than tyre fitting. Holton Heath team arranged for immediate delivery of tyres from nearest depot and revised alignment time. Was delayed less than 30 mins more than expected. Definitely went the extra mile
