Shocking!!!
Took ages to put on the new tyre , I nearly didn’t check , when I saw the tyre they had put on I was horrified, I have road tyres , they had put on all-terrain tyre . It was blatantly obvious that the tyre was not suitable. They proceeded to try and tell me that it was only the pattern of the tread which was different.
I insisted that this was not correct not only by the visible difference but the fact that the new tyre even said AT for all terrain. They kept going back to the computer to see what had been ordered. I was told that when ordering the tire was not available and so the person who had ordered the wrong tire had just ordered the next available tire not only would I have been unable to return said Tyre if I had driven away with it but it would’ve caused my vehicle to pull one way and would’ve been horrendous to drive in the end. I told them to put on the spare tire to give me a refund and I would go somewhere else. one phone call to a different Garage and I had the tire ordered and fitted the next day in a fraction of the time and I was charged less for exactly the same process.
Extremely disappointed.

Booked my car appointment on-line. Dropped it off at designated time, it was taken immediately for re-charge of air con. Phoned me within forty minutes to confirm job done. Super efficient as far as I'm concerned. And the service was on price offer at the time. Very helpful and polite staff. Would recommend.

I always use Protyre for tyres but I needed the TPMS replacing. The Protyre technician diagnosed the problem and fitted the required new ones quickly and for a far cheaper price I had been quoted by other garages.

Took my car in early morning Dan rang later to say l need a part for my exhaust which he ordered and by 5pm it was repaired. Excellent service. Happy pleasant staff.

Thorough checks and all round quality service from the folks here. Sorted the aircon out for a very reasonable price before I roasted in my car over the heatwave weekend thats been and gone!

The technician who did the job was very courteous and worked to the timeframe given. Only semi-negative was the price.

Never using protyre again.
Staff were rude.
The only thing this place seems to care about is the up sell and how much money they can make from you.
Avoid at all costs.

Job done as stated. All good.

I called in hoping to have the problem sorted. It was very busy and as I couldn’t leave the car for any length of time I made an appointment. Dealt with efficientcy and courteously the following day.

They will charge you more if you go in to the branch and get a price than ordering online.so just order online.

The mechanic was polite knowledgeable and professional.

I stopped using Protyre 3 years ago due to issues with the service provided. Returned last week with a slow puncture. Had to insist on a better inspection to confirm a new tyre was needed. New tyre fitted. On arriving home I looked at the tyre. The wheel was slathered with tyre sealant and had to be cleaned and on checking the pressure it was 19 psi instead of 32 psi. Receptionist and manager great. Operative rubbish. Sat playing with his phone as I left and didn't even look up when I thanked him. Obviously upset about me asking for a further opinion on the tyre. Very unprofessional! Will see what happens if I return.

Excellent service from young lady on the desk, twice in a fortnight

Bit disappointed with them this time. Had wheel Alignment done. They didn’t notice l had two broken springs on the front.

Danny the garage manager went above and beyond my expectations. Even repairing small issues with the vehicle that were non tyre related. Excellent service.
