Friendly staff, excellent service.

What motivate me to give a TrustPilot review? Excellent service, that's what. We called in on spec with a faulty air con, no appointment, and getting grumpy in a too hot car on a beautiful sunny day. Jason asked us to leave the car with him and hooked it up then and there to his air con recharger, and true to his word returned our car to us, with a working air con 60min later. Still time to get to Aberdyfi for our walk on the beach and enough change left in the wallet to buy ice creams on arrival. Diolch a hundred times from us.

Mechanics great.I had 2 front tyres in Nov.last year Bridgestone over £100 each already after 3,600 miles 62% used I'm not a boy racer (74) nor heavy on the brakes so what's gone wrong.
Spoken to the garage and they will monitor the tyre wear and pressures. Very helpful.

very helpfull and everthing completed on time

We were on holiday in Machynlleth when we developed a slow puncture. The spare tyre was giving a reading suggesting it also had a problem. Rang the garage and they said to bring it over. Despite being short staffed that day, the very nice bloke there checked the spare (which was actually useable), fitted it and sorted out a new tyre for the puncture all in less than half an hour, so we could continue our day out as planned. Excellent, friendly service, and a very happy customer.

I have given you 5 stars because Doug couldn’t have been more lovely and helpful! I thought you were very trustworthy and did a brilliant job of repairing my tyre and checking the tyre pressures of the other three tyres too. I would highly recommend Huw Lewis tyres in Macynlleth and they do free tests on brakes and brake pads so that is good to know . They also do services and MOTs.

Good value but could not order tyres off website as not working!

What could have been a difficult time was made so easy. Discovered two bolts in one tyre late afternoon. New tyres ordered and fitted following morning. Competitive prices to what I would pay at home. Polite and helpful team, even helped organise a taxi.

I had a warning light come on on my car during my drive from north to south Wales. They kindly had a check over and confirmed it would be fine for me to continue!

All seemed straightforward from online booking mot to picking up, advisories checked off and passed.

Polite, helpful, prompt. And then an easy gold service; everything noted, comments when necessary, followed two weeks later by MOT. Voucher for £10 off.
