As always, a great service from you guys, repairing our puncture. You managed to squeeze me in, despite appearing to be 'run off your feet busy'. The technician with the goatie beard (been working here for 7 years and I'm ashamed to say I don't remember his name) was especially helpful. Hope I don't need to see you again soon!!!!

Helpful staff , polite and courteous.
Even though they're a busy garage, they try and keep to your booked time. You can wait and have a coffee . Professional service all round.

No Prejudice
As a woman with a car, I get sick of treated as though I am stupid. This did not happen. I was treated as a car owner rather than a woman car owner. I had good advice when I called and good service

Appointment was cancelled twice and on…
Appointment was cancelled twice and on our third visit we were told they were running at least half an hour late.
When the second appointment was arranged my wife had to take a day off work and this was cancelled less than one hour before scheduled appointment.
Customer service was terrible. Avoid!

Booked to have tyres fitted arranged…
Booked to have tyres fitted arranged drop off and pickup to receive phone call that they could not remove my wheels so that was it come and collect car we can't do it not even willing to try i took the car home and the tyres took the wheel of myself and had them fitted by another tyre firm very disappointed
