The phone is not answered , too few staff always very busy , i feel sorry for them. Even when you go in you are waiting to be served , needs a receptionist.

I would have given them five stars But…
I would have given them five stars for the service and staff, only 4 stars because that there 4x4 tracking machine system they was using was so old and out of date - my 2021 Audi Q5 wasn’t compatible with it - Note to management: you need to update your tracking machine!

Excellent service
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this business. From making an appointment for my car to have 4 tyres changed, to driving off after the job was done, I can honestly say that it was a pleasurable experience. Nothing too much trouble. All staff i came into contact with were respectful. Even though they were very busy, they took the time to chat. Such a refreshing change to deal with a business that believes in good old fashioned values.

Great customer service yet again
Great customer service yet again. Car failed to start at home, RAC told me needed new battery, rang Protyre Mold 4.30pm, they told me to drop car off with them overnight. Next morning got call battery replaced can pick it up.

Hit a pothole which damaged my tyre
Hit a pothole which damaged my tyre. The guys couldn’t have been more helpful – from sourcing a replacement to fitting it on my car, nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly. A bit of good customer service goes a long way. I would definitely recommend these. Thank you!
