The phone is not answered , too few staff always very busy , i feel sorry for them. Even when you go in you are waiting to be served , needs a receptionist.

On 3 occasions now my mot’s have been…
On 3 occasions now my mot’s have been cancelled and re arranged due to faulty equipment. Some new equipment and better maintenance of it is required.

My new 'Go To' supplier for tyres.
Noting is too much trouble for the guys at Protyre Autocare Mold. Leigh was extremely helpful to answer all my questions and to help me decide on the new 'All Season' tyres that I wanted for my vehicle. Ordering was simple and a timely appt made to have them fitted. Courteous, professional, helpful - the list goes on, this will now be the 'go to' venue for all of my, and my family's tyre requirements.

Cannot fault this place! They have helped me over and over again and always go out of their way to find a solution! Nothing is ever an issue, all the staff are great and friendly and happy to explain things in simple terms to someone who knows very little about cars! Special mention to the manager! He is a top bloke too, always walk out of here laughing :) Highly recommend taking your car here!

Excellent service. All of the gents were chatty and approachable. Changed all of my tyres checked my brake pads and put a spare tyre in my boot, all in less than an hour.

Service was good disappointed that I wasn't contacted when the car was ready and I was unable to get through to check. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

Management and staff all helpful…
Management and staff all helpful throughout. The garage staff were very busy with customers having to wait longer than normal. Indeed my MOT was changed because mechanics were behind with other cars. I was able to go back the following week.
