Using this service was a really positive experience and I would highly recommend them. From the moment I arrived, the service was professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly.
Dean, the manager, was especially impressive. He was proactive in making sure everything ran smoothly, explained the options clearly, and made sure I was getting the best solution for my car rather than just the quickest sale. His approach was both helpful and honest, which made the whole process stress-free.
The quality of the work was excellent, and the tyres were fitted quickly without cutting corners. It’s clear the team takes pride in their work and values good customer service.
Overall, a great experience with fantastic service and quality. Big thanks to Dean and the team — I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to others.

Had two tyres fitted this morning. Received great service. Dean and the other guys were all professional and very friendly making me feel totally at ease (being a woman!). Would thoroughly recommend.

They are friendly
They are friendly, honest and reliable. The place was clean. The gent we spoke with was very nice and joked with our kids. Kind of place women can go and feel they are not going to be ripped off (the wife added) well priced, and mostly local

Highly recommend the New Milton branch…
Highly recommend the New Milton branch - all staff were knowledgeable, friendly & solution focussed. The team were happy and cohesive meaning the time spent there whilst work carried out was pleasant. Mike the manager ably supported by Dean kept the very busy office running smoothly. My car drives much better I would highly recommend.
