Staff, service, price and overall experience cannot be beaten in Newark in my opinion. Thank you guys. Refurbished office deserves a mention, worth every penny to brighten the place up.

Excellent service
Everything ready when I arrived. Quick and efficient job.
Good quality tyre. Failed to replace nut caps on wheels. Not noticed till arrived home. Too far to travel to pick them up.

I didn't like that you allegedly sent an email with the invoice to my home address but it did not arrive in my inbox. I had to physically return and request a printed off copy for my records.

Always happy to help out
Always happy to help out, very friendly staff. Reasonable prices and they dont rip you off like other places. They try and fix the tyre where possible to save money on having to have it replaced.

Check your tyre pressures when you leave.
They threw away the metal valve caps id bought and replaced with plastic ones. Not the end of the world but it cost me £8 to replace them. And the inflated one tyre to 37 and the othe tyre to 35. I think we all know they should be the same pressure.

Helpful staff. Reasonable price.Car left in tidy condition with the spare wheel stowed away. Appreciate the report on remaining tyres.

Brilliant local tyre specialists
Arrived with very low pressure in my tyre. Scanned to identify a nail embedded in it. Repaired in less than 30 minutes for a very reasonable £30.

A truely professional service
I have had 2 punctures in recent months requiring replacement tyres at Newark. The staff were so friendly & informative on both these occasions I I decided to have my major service and MoT with them. Great service again - they told me of a potential delay in getting the MoT completed on arrival because of machinery malfunction but said they would find a solution and they did, keeping me informed as promised as the day progressed.
