The receptionist explained everything about the sir con regassing of my car extremely clearly. The job was done within an hour so I was able to wait for it to be done. I was pleased with the service I received which is quite rare these days.

Had an aircon regas - very efficient service and staff were pleasant & polite throughout.

Jake kept me informed about the repairs needed to my car throuought. Excellent customer service.

I’ve come to Stourbridge Protyres a few times, and every single experience has been beyond amazing! The team are incredible! They are so friendly and professional.

The first time i came here, i had recently bought my car and in desperate need for 2 tyres. I spoke to reception, we agreed a price and then she informed me delivery will be here the next day. When it came to the day of fitting my tyres, the team made me aware of several issues but were so helpful in the process, and changed the one tyre they were able to do.

I went away and sorted the issues i had with my car, i then came back to have my other tyre changed. The service was spot on again!

One day i was driving past and popped in to ask how long the wait for my alignment would be (assuming this was the new problem of my car). I was told 20 minutes, and before i knew it they were looking at my car. I was then informed there was an issue with my subframe, which resulted in one of my other previous new tyre being worn on the inside.

I went off sorted my subframe, then arranged to have my tyre changed. Delivery was quick and efficient again! I returned for my fitting and was provided with excellent service as usual. They let me know my wheel was scuffed, but they did their best to sort and seal it for me. Then they checked my tracking for me without hesitation and all was sorted!

Honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough! Absolutely outstanding customer service and such a welcoming environment!!

My car was booked in for an annual mot and the process was really easy no hidden charges just exactly what I was booked in for and my car passed which was a bonus.

I was going on holiday early the next day, I phoned Chemix after i realised 1 tyre was borderline. They fitted me in first thing the next day, having reserved the tyres I wanted. Gave great advice as, always.

I booked on-line and found the process very easy to use with lots of time slots available. On arrival at the site the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout my visit. The new customer facilities are excellent compared to the old ones and the free coffee was very good.

Great service from the moment of enquiry to booking my van in .All the main garages I tried first could not do my van due to it being a micro van however pro tyres did and got the tracking back to factory settings perfect and a fantastic price too 5 stars to them and all involved
