Dropped my car off on December 31st.
Rang up on Friday 2nd to ask if my car would be ready, the order taker didn’t put order so it hadn’t been processed and said they would do the work by 5:30 and give me a call.
No call, I rang up on 4 occasions with
No answer and being on hold for 10+ minutes each time.
Car was picked up on the Saturday, still no call today it was ready.

Had four Range Rover tyres and four wheel alignment they were very short staffed and very busy. I had quite a wait but sat down next to free tea and coffee machine so no problem. Friendly informative staff

It was ok you had to Waite a long time…
It was ok you had to Waite a long time before they came to the desk
And they are very expensive for labour 90 per hr
They also recharge you for a mot re test
I took the work to be done to my car to another garage which cost a lot less then Protyre .
