Dreadful waiting time despite having an…
Dreadful waiting time despite having an appointment. Almost 2 hours to put 2 new tyres on. And, they just dumped the spare wheel in the boot, - not back where they had got it from.

Not the best
1 tyre change booked in for 10:30, tyre fitted 11:45! Also the spare tyre was not put back, luckly i checked before I left. So overall not great

Saturday afternoon 3 pm while fitting a new tyre brake pads on the metal panic need to drive next day to airport manager say,s don’t panic I will send out for the pads at a local stockists sure to his word the job was done within the hour amazing team Many thanks ! Weymouth branch

Needed a new drivers side wheel
Needed a new drivers side wheel, was met by a polite gentleman. Explained what I needed and was booked in straight away. Waited 20 minutes and it was all done. Price was ok
Never had an issue with the company and will use them again

Good service and good prices
My car needed some repairs and I was tight on money. The staff were helpful and saved me money and for my car through its repairs and MOT. I would recommend them anytime

The manager was very helpful, great experience as always from protyres.
The manager was very helpful, polite and explain that my new tyre fitted had been balanced and because it had no weights, explained that sometimes they come up with zero reading. If not happy please come back. The young tyre fitted did an excellent job even putting my spare wheel back under the boot shelf, checking all my tyre pressures and resetting my tyre pressure warning light. Have always used protyres. Why go anywhere else. Excellent service as always.

Over inflated the tyre so the pressure…
Over inflated the tyre so the pressure was 45 and was meant to be 36.
When we used them last time the wheel locking bolt in the wrong place.
