Great staff and service. Would have been 5 stars was it not for a sneaky £4:50 ‘environmental’ charge. On an MOT? When questioned the staff said it was for paper and disposable gloves!! It was removed at my request.

Excellent service and communication

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Evan (the manager) and Grant (assistant) were genuinely incredible, both went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. Every question I had was answered with care, I was offered a coffee, and they kept me fully updated at every stage. I came in with a completely shredded tyre and, thanks to Evan and Grant, I was back on the road within just 25 minutes. What truly sets them apart is their kindness: they even personally contributed towards part of my bill due to my circumstances, which I will never forget. I honestly cannot thank Evan and Grant enough, two incredibly kind, professional, and generous gentlemen. Absolute credit to the business and true gems compared to anywhere else around.

I needed a new battery but the one in stock was not appropriate but in a relatively short time another battery was sourced and fitted. Didn’t particularly love the price but the service was excellent. Thank you.

Great service from the lads at A44, did a great job of repairing my wheel, showed a great use of PPE with one taller lad even using safety glasses and ear protection while inflating my tyre 5 Stars

Quick work. Very professional. Tyre had a slow puncture, not a hole, but they cleaned the rim, new valve and reseated it, very happy.

Very disappointing service. Needed a new tyre and tracking done, on initial request was told that they were too busy to fit one tyre that day which I can understand to a degree, booked me in for 4 days later. Confirmed that I needed tracking and a new tyre when I went back in, tyre was replaced, but when I asked if the tracking had been done it hadn’t, despite the man on the desk saying it would be checked. Was told I would now have to wait 45 minutes as another customer was now in front of me! Apologised to be fair and blamed it on the computer system, offered me a half price tracking voucher at another site. Been waiting a week for the voucher and it still hasn’t been sent. Frustrating.

Had my MOT done here and the team was friendly and efficient, keeping me informed with phone calls. They did a couple of small jobs on the car to get it through the MOT and didn't charge for for the labour, bulbs or fluid they used. I'm really happy with the service and will definitely continue using this garage. It's also really stress-free in terms of having loads of parking and easy access!

I've used pro tyre Worcester for van , trailer and 4x4 tyres in the past and also for the last 2 MOT's on my 4x4. Every time the service received has been first class , great people to deal with , polite and efficient. As a self employed contractor down time for me is critical, but pro tyre make booking in easy with their allocated time slots when booking online . overall a job well done
