Great experience from booking online to actually having the tyres fitted for my daughter’s car.

Poor service with a slow puncture (FIXED following review)
Update 09/12/2025: I got a call from the manager, Steve, and they offered to do a free check again, which resulted in a major puncture being discovered and addressed. The Protyre team showed a keen interest in improving my customer experience and preventing such negative experiences in the future, which was refreshing to see as mistakes can and do happen. I believe this justifies as improved rating as not many services follow up on feedback provided.
Original review:
I went to fix a slow puncture. They sealed the rim and returned the car and it cost me around 30 GBP. But there is still a slow puncture and I am losing air pressure. They also went ahead with the repair without getting my explicit permission and did not discuss options with me. Now I am having to find another solution and might take the car to another garage. Very disappointing.
