They have done several printing jobs for us and each one has been very well done, at a good price.

If you have written a book - any kind of book or manual - with or without illustrations/pictures, you know how hard it can be to take that creation from your computer to something you can hold in your hands and for that final copy to be what you dreamed it should be. Well, not with Publishing Xpress...the website makes it easy and leaves the creative choices up to you. Real people are easily available to consult and assist you but, you maintain control of the process. The reasonable fee for a hard copy proof gives you the grace to double check your choices before entering the final print run. It is so simple to make last minute corrections and/or changes and not be stuck with multiple copies of misprinted books.
In three book printings, I have had them make only one small error...which they immediately owned up to and corrected without charge to me...I only mention it because we all make mistakes, it is important to me how those mistakes are handled and - as in everything else - Publishing Xpress went above and beyond!
This is a great, reasonably priced, easy to work with company!
Try them just once and you'll never go back to any other printer!

The books turned out amazing and they were very helpful in getting the books printed with the best quality. However, we were charged more for shipping then when we made the purchase. I tried to contact them, but only received a voicemail and after leaving a message I never heard anything back. This just is a little frustrating because I was printing them for someone else and they paid the price that the receipt said when I purchased them, but when everything was said and done, they charged me extra.
