First time fitting a Pyronix Enforcer…
First time fitting a Pyronix Enforcer V11 and have been very impressed with both the Quality of the product and the support while installing, As with all different systems getting to know your way around the menus can be a challenge but on all 3 of my issues a quick call to support and they were fixed. Love the inclusion of the onboard wireless and the 2 wired channels for connecting legacy equipment. But again the best feature was the brilliant and knowledgeable installer support team.

Been installing pyronix systems for 30+ years. The latest euro 46 although menu can be somewhat difficult to navigate it's always nice to know they have a brilliant tech support team. 5 stars boys.

As installers we just keep fitting the enforcers . No issues . They just keep on working doing what they should and doing it very well. We moved from another well known brand due to persistent issues . Fit and forget pyronix. Also if on the odd occasion we need a little help the tech team are spot on.

No comms, terrible company to deal with
Used this company for years as an installer and fitted hundereds of systems either enforcer, euro mini, 46 and 280. We have been more than happy wirh the product and still are but recently have been forced to use a different manufacturer due to the lack of tech support, the rep cannot answer his phone, reply to missed calls or messages, nor can the tech support team.
Its a shame the company has gone this way as we loved the products but we can no longer use a manufacturer with zero communication skills, if I worked like them I would be out of business in weeks.

Great support
Having used pyronix for many years and having recently started my own company the obvious choice was to use pyronix. Bryan Evans was fantastic getting me set up with personalised literature and customised products featuring company logos. Just all round fantastic. Great engineering training videos and webinars for new an existing products. Just all round great service and great products. Thanks again guys!

Home Control 2.0 App unable to connect…
Home Control 2.0 App unable to connect to Pyronix Cloud the majority of time. Therefore unable to check the panel status remotely. There is nothing wrong with my Wi-Fi, Power or Login credentials. There are no error messages on the panel either. What is the point of paying for cloud services when you unable to check it remotely and furthermore it never sends notifications!

Only giving one star because you can not give a 0. Had this alarm for two years now, It is the biggest load of crap, may as well not have an alarm. It is supposed to notify you if it’s been set off, it doesn’t. If only I could go back try old system.

My Pyronix Enforcer alarm system was registered under a company that had sold up. I had no idea how I could activate the cloud/remote function as I didn’t have access. In all honesty, I wasn’t expecting much help but I reached out to Pyronix.
The response made me feel like I was the only customer Pyronix had! Incredible, 1st class, impeccable.
The advisor was Emma Wheeler and she dealt with my issue from start to finish with the most amazing customer service I have ever received. Absolute credit to the company. I would recommend Pyronix 100% without a hint of doubt.

Poor Pyronix Experience
Had a Pyronix alarm system installed a few years back and it’s never worked for a week or more without going into error mode. Spent hundreds having it looked at by Pyronix fitter but nothing seems to fix it. Batteries go after just a few weeks. After about 2 years the engineer went to supplier and said it was defective and asked if they would replace it but they said no. Horrible experience overall.

Joined Jim for the online zoom Enforcer introduction. Great pace for the presentation - and a success. I sorted a customer faulted system out in the afternoon. I currently use a competitors products for installs but would now look to try Pyronix 👍🏻
