Appalling response to an urgent need!
Went to them with funds to buy a blood fridge to assist with the Ukrainian crisis.
Initial positive response from Tracey
Chased a few days later - it’s with a Director and I’ll soon hear back
Called 10 days since initial contact - re-emphasised this was an urgent need and that I’d expected an immediate response.
No recognition from Tracey that this need deserved an urgent reply. No empathy that my poor view of their response was valid and worst of all no apology even when asked for one!
Quite unbelievable!
I hate to think how long a non urgent enquiry takes!
