Before buying, the contact and communication were excellent, which gave me confidence to purchase the vehicle. However, after the purchase, the car developed serious issues, and I exercised my statutory right to reject it within the legal period.

Despite this, the dealership refused to accept the return and even carried out repairs without my consent. I am now forced to take the case to County Court to have my consumer rights upheld.

Unfortunately, the after-sales experience did not match the initial promises, and I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone who values consumer rights and transparency.

I visited Quality Cars and Commercials Ltd to buy a car but had a terrible experience. The person who said his name is Danny was extremely rude and disrespectful right from the start. Even after I mentioned that there were CCTV cameras on the premises, he continued to behave in an aggressive and abusive manner.

He started shouting at me, told me to get out, and even followed me all the way to the exit while continuously abusing and threatening me. I was genuinely shocked by how unprofessional and intimidating he was.

This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially in a business dealing with customers. I strongly advise others to avoid this place — no one should be treated this way when they come to buy a car.

Geeft garantie voor 1 jaar maar wanneer je hem erover aanspreekt krijg je stilzwijgen. Voor meer dan 2000€ aan onkosten gebreken die al langer moeten aanwezig geweest zijn volgens de expert . Aangetekende brieven met de gebreken en garantie op koppeling en motor worden niet aangenomen en ongeopend teruggestuurd. Deze firma houdt zich niet aan de wettelijke verplichtingen ! Neem uw verantwoordelijkheid!

Bought a car and was informed it was ready to collect. Waited almost 3 weeks from that point to collect seemingly due to a fault with the touch screen. Eventually informed that it was ready to collect. Got there and they never had the correct documentation to allow me to tax it so they said they would tax it. As I left they said it was taxed for the year, later found out I had driven the car for almost 2 hours with no tax.
Drove approximately 2 hrs and the car broke down. They eventually collect the next day only to take more than a week to say the engine had failed.

Shocking customer service and didn’t even pay the full deposit back to me
