Very good quality, good price, fast delivery

Very professional, efficient company. Great service and beautiful furniture. I ordered an outdoor corner sofa and table (Zara). Very good quality and look great. Highly recommend both products and Company.

We bought a large sofa & 2 foot stools back in 2019 and we love them! They still look brand new despite it being very well used by humans and animals. Unfortunately, while we were moving the sofa to redecorate, one of the feet sheered off (which was entirely our fault). I contacted Quatropi to see if I was able to purchase a replacement, and Lyndon from Customer Services very kindly offered to send a free one! It arrived promptly and fits perfectly. We are thrilled with the quality of the sofa and the customer service even after purchase, I cannot recommend Quatropi enough (especially Lyndon!).

Our experience ordering from Quatropi was excellent. From ease of ordering to the delivery and the after sales service was faultless. The product is of excellent quality and our friends and family were all impressed with it. We had a fault with one of the products and Lyndon resolved our issue and arranged a replacement without any issues. Throughtout the whole process the delivery team and the service team were courteous and helpful and a credit to Quatropi.

Even though parcel force messed up delivering my sun loungers the delivery department at Quotropi were more than helpful in sending a replacement by a different carrier. I'd say the customer service was above and beyond what I would expect from online companies.

Service was exceptional. We ordered some dining chairs, after building all of them and then realising the chairs won't go under our ceramic top dining table we called them. They allowed us to swap the chairs no questions asked. Went in a few days later, made sure the new ones we picked out would fit under and ordered them. Went home dismantled the ones being returned and boxed them back up. They came a week later and just exchanged everything.

I recently bought the Jasmin corner modular sofa in olive green from Quatropi, and we're really happy with it!

Delivery took around two weeks from ordering online. I had expected assembly and packaging removal to be included, but it turns out that's an optional extra. It wasn't a problem though, as it was really easy to put together myself. The only downside was having quite a lot of packaging to get rid of afterwards!

One of the cushions arrived with a small bit of damage to the fabric. I contacted Quatropi on the day it was delivered, and their customer service was brilliant. They responded quickly and sent out a replacement cushion, which arrived within a week.

The sofa itself is excellent quality. I absolutely love the olive green colour and the fabric. One of my favourite things is that it doesn't have loose back cushions that constantly need plumping. With three toddlers, that was a huge selling point for me! It's stylish, practical, and really low maintenance.

It fits perfectly in our living room, and we finally have enough seating for family and friends when they visit.

Overall, we're really pleased with our purchase. Great quality, great customer service, and I'd definitely recommend Quatropi!

Decent product with very poor customer service.

Having ordered a high top table and two chairs at £800 plus delivery we didn’t expect too many problems.

It arrived within the delivery window but they proceeded to dump the two pallets and large boxes on my neighbours drive blocking his car in.
They did not knock at his door or ours, people were in at the time. There is camera footage of what happened.
When contacted they have been lass than helpful.
They cannot get their ‘third party’ supplier to come out and rectify the situation and act like the delivery is nothing to do with them.
After some back and forward they have removed the delivery charge, which I hadn’t asked to happen. What I requested was for the pallets to be removed, they still haven’t, and ideally for it to be brought to our house, it wasn’t, so we carried it round.
It was however all my fault as ‘Karl’ had signed for it. They have promised paperwork supporting this which hasn’t materialised. Needless to say there is no one called Karl here.
They have ‘helpfully’ suggested I ring the council to have the pallets picked up (they aren’t in good shape so no one would take them for free). I did respond by saying I didn’t feel that was really the customer’s job.
The product itself is decent, but takes longer to put together than we would have liked. The back cushion is much too wide so you have to perch on the seat or remove it.
Overall we won’t be returning, I appreciate they have a lot of good reviews so maybe we have been unlucky.

Just received Jasmin modular sofa in beige...I love it...bit low but I'll buy higher feet from Amazon...delivery was quick and straightforward, communication was very good...bought cushions too and they are excellent quality...I would certainly recommend this company for a modern looking modular unit. Very efficient company and good at styling their furniture!!!

Kept informed of delivery date, as was slightly delayed. Gorgeous colour, more of a griege than grey, but love colour more. Purchased extending option. Not able to notice join. Will be perfect for Christmas.
