Avoid this company they supply faulty goods

Avoid this company they supply faulty goods expect you to fix it. Request for refund was not forthcoming. Sent replacement which was different specification, size, type and colour. They took my £237 and offered me £20 refund and left me with a faulty cabinet and another which is no good to me after nearly 2 months and over 50 emails they have stopped responding to my emails.

Don't bother with the products

Don't bother with the products. You may think they look good in pictures but the cabinet light is virtually unusable as its soo dim and the corners of the metal door were no filed down before powder coating and I've sliced my finger open on it. Contacted support to be told, Thankyou for your feedback. Nothing else. The price may be tempting but it's a waste of time

Ordered a mirrored bathroom cabinet. Arrived damaged but the damage was in the internal packaging so they packed it knowing it was damaged. These things can happen so contacted them for a replacement. Got an email with a photo of pliers telling me to bend it back myself!!! I refused this as it would leave a visible crease plus I’m disabled so unable to do so and again I asked for a replacement. They offered me a £30 refund on £240 mirror. They then sent me a return label but I had to return at my expense at almost £25. No acknowledgment of my emails. I have proof of postage and receipt at their end. All communication has now ceased. Luckily I paid via PayPal so they are now handling the dispute. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Purchase of Mirror/Cabinet

I have to say that my dealing with this company has been excellent. Their customer services has been so helpful and understanding. I received a delivery of the mirror cabinet but the mirror was broken when delivered. This sorts of things happen. But the moment I contacted their customer services and sent photographs requested, I received the new mirror cabinet without any hassle. Their customer service go over and beyond to resolve any issues. The mirror cabinet I have illuminates light above and below the cabinet and on the mirror itself. Very well thought out design and looks absolutely brilliant. I am very happy with the product and their customer services team and both are excellent and very helpful. Great service, thank you.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

What a shower of s@@t this company is ! I bought a bathroom cabinet over £200 worth and after just 6 months of using it I have an issue.

I have sent loads of emails to contact them, shock horror they don’t respond.

I was going to take them to the small claims court…. It’s not a uk company so I can’t.

If I could give anyone any advice, it would be stay away from them !

Very bad experience

Very bad experience! After a long wait, the mirror arrived broken: it can happen.
I arm myself with patience and contact customer service. I propose to send me a replacement meter for which, however, I will have to pay 46 euros in customs duties which will be refunded to me.
After another 20 days of waiting, a different counter arrives and is not compatible with the mirror. All this, after sending a detailed series of photos and wasting a lot of time.
At this point I contacted the assistance and they offered me to send another counter with consequent 46 euros more in customs fees. Impatient, I first ask for a refund of the customs costs incurred up to that moment. The company compensates promptly. From this moment on and after a long and useless wait, I contacted the company again and they never answered me. After the umpteenth email, in which I simply asked what happened to the counter, the smart guys reimburse me, however excluding the customs costs incurred, knowing that PayPal will not be able to do anything about it.
In conclusion, after about two months I find myself with a broken and unusable mirror, paid for 46 euros.
The service is bad the quality of the product is mediocre and does not justify the prices.
I would never recommend this company!

Pessima esperienza! Dopo una lunga attesa, la specchiera è arrivata rotta: può capitare.
Mi armo di pazienza e contatto il servizio clienti. Mi propongo di mandarmi uno sportello sostitutivo per il quale però dovrò pagare 46 euro di spese doganali che mi saranno rimborsate.
Dopo altri 20 giorni d’attesa arriva uno sportello diverso e non compatibile con la specchiera. Tutto ciò, dopo aver inviato una serie dettagliata di foto ed aver perso non poco tempo.
A questo punto, ricontatto l’assistenza che mi propone l’invio di un altro sportello con conseguenti altre 46 euro di spese doganali. Spazientito, chiedo che prima mi vengano rimborsate le spese doganali sostenute fino a quel momento. L’azienda risarcisce prontamente. Da questo momento in poi e dopo una lunga ed inutile attesa, ricontatto l’azienda che non mi risponde più. Dopo l’ennesima mail, nella quale semplicemente chiedevo che fine avesse fatto lo sportello, i furbetti mi rimborsano, escludendo però le spese doganali sostenute, sapendo che PayPal non potrà fare nulla per quelle.
In conclusione dopo due mesi circa mi ritrovo con una specchiera rotta ed inutilizzabile, pagata 46 euro.
Il servizio è pessimo la qualità del prodotto è mediocre e non giustifica i prezzi.
Non consiglierei mai questa azienda!

The ordering was very easy and delivery…

The ordering was very easy and delivery in a few days. Very good quality and value for money.
Just one down side, the wire access is at the top and no distance between the wall and back of cabinet to hide the wire so it sits on the top.
If you want to charge your electric tooth brush, it will not fit on the fixed glass shelf so has to balance on the top where the wires are.

I have this cabinet professionally…

I have this cabinet professionally installed. There is no space at the rear of the cabinet for the cable and connector, making the installation very difficult. The doors are uneven and need adjustment. The factory fitted screws are so tight I cannot undo them. I am a mechanic so I have the right tools, these screws are ridiculous. Poor do.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Expected me to repair a broken bathroom cabinet myself. Wouldn’t collect damaged item as they said “they can’t”. Arranged a delivery date of replacement item, I arranged a bathroom fitter for the following day then they cancelled the delivery and still wanted me to repair it myself.
Shocking and will never use again.

The damage of the mirror door can be repaired by replacing the door. We gave suggestions at the first time, but you insisted on re-sending a new mirror cabinet. In order to give you a better experience, we also agreed to your request, but we are agreeing After the request, you want us to reissue a mirror door, which is equivalent we need to paying for two mirror cabinets and one door.

A good buyer-sales relationship is maintained by both parties, not just one party constantly making concessions.

Clarify by the way, Our products are made of mirrors, and occasionally breakage occurs during transportation (there is a possibility of damage in any mirror transportation). There are three ways to deal with damaged mirror:
1. If the damaged part is repairable, it is recommended to replace the damaged part (such as the mirror door)
2. When the damage is severe or cannot be repaired, we can send a new mirror cabinet for compensation;
3. You can return it, and we will full refund you.

One star supplier and product

The illuminated demister mirror I purchased exhibited a fault soon after installation with the demister staying on permanently and the mirror remaining warm.

Following a two minute online chat with Amazon, I was sent a returns label. Within a few hours however, I received a series of incomprehensible emails from Quavikey asking for my Amazon order number, photographs and other information.

I would NOT purchase another Quavikey product and would be very critical of this company’s customer service. I am very glad that I made this purchase via Amazon as I really don’t believe I would have succeeded in organising a return otherwise.

Disappointed

Communication excellent in that they did reply.
Sadly the content of the messages was very confusing.
I placed an order on the Quavikey website for a replacement mirror door and paid the £75.
After receiving an order acknowledgement I, as normal expected the product to arrive.
Subsequently I have received a tally of emails asking for pictures of the product, and order number and then asking me to agree to a no returns policy.
I found this all abit hard to believe and asked for a refund. This has now been promised, but still leaves me with a cabinet and a broken mirror.
This is not a good experience and seems a little out of character for what is supposed to be a reliable premium barnd.

The transformer was buzzing when we got…

The transformer was buzzing when we got the mirror! They have sent a transformer replacement.

The defog size is about 10cm x 20cm

The mirror in general: materials are relatively good it's an aluminum case that won't rust.

Bathroom Cabinet with Clock, de-mister. Anthony, Plymouth.

This is a very nice product. Well designed and easy to put up.
Take the doors off first before mounting as it makes it much lighter.
The cabinet sits on a wall mounted rail at the bottom. Once the top brackets are screwed to the wall the screws can be backed off a turn which will allow the cabinet to slid along the rails for final positioning.
This is a good idea if you want to get the cabinet centred above a sink for example. The clarity of the mirrors is excellent. Would recommend this product. A final note, the electric supply has to be earthed. Five Stars for me.

Excellent communication throughout the transaction.
Very helpful.
Cabinet arrived well packaged but have yet to install to check completely ok. I have advised the company of this and they have said contact them if there are any problems so very happy so far.
Really good customer service.
