Fantastic Service
Larger van than requested turned up which worked out very well for us. Chris was incredibly helpful with the packing and unpacking of our belongings, would certainly recommend this service.

Very good movers
Very good movers. They did quite a large move in the middle of a heat wave with no fuss. They arrived on time and did the job very well. I would certainly recommend using them and would use them again in the future.

Amazing service! The driver gave me plenty of notice that he was on his way. Was incredibly efficient when packing the van and even managed to get the job done in an hour less time that I planned for. Very friendly and professional service.

Wouldn't recommend them
I explicitly got in contact in writing to make sure that there would be a written confirmation of my request. I informed them that my partner and I would move from different places in London and therefore we should have been driven together to our final destination. They gave us the option of "1 helper + 1 driver", which I thought - at the time - would refer to my partner and I plus driver, since that was enclosed in the request. But on the day I discovered that they had charged me for an helper I never asked for, and they couldn't drive my partner, who had to buy an Uber to get to the destination. Communication is really not their best, since when I complaint about it, they ignored what I had written and just pointed out at the fact that I had accepted the option of "1 Driver + 1 helper". Poor service.

I'm sorry to hear negative reviews.
After correspondence with you, we have arranged all the details before booking.
We never agreed two space for travel - only two place to load.
We have sent the booking confirmation with information that it contains the driver and one helper. You have made a payment by confirming reservations with this option.
I know you used two guys to move your belongings.
Each of our vans has only three seats, so we can't take the fourth person.
I think it is not our mistake.
Despite this, after your e-mail I asked what you expect from us - if it would cover uber costs, this was not a problem.
We haven't received any response from you.
We did our work well without any complaints on your part.
We are Removals Company - you pay for transport your stuff ,and we do not provide passenger transport service. We never promise two space for travel with driver.

The driver and helper arrived on time, and moved our stuff very quickly and everything were moved to the new place safely, no issues at all. We highly recommend Quick Movers.
