ordered some bits for my son, and as per usual, the delivery was brilliant and the quality of the goods was great. I wish the points earned would last more than the 6 months though, give it 10 to 12 months instead and i would be buying a lot more. but, great experience. thank you again

I bought some Nike boots from r gol and they gave me some broken boots second hand, and i spent on them 100$.

I ordered a Spain cap. I got what I wanted. Delivery time from Poland to Denmark was fine. It is original, so quality is good. Price was also good, seeing as also it was sold out locally. So I am happy.

Bought an expensive boots from R-gol on January 13, 2024. After only a month I observed it getting damaged on left side. I am a right foot player and I rarely use my left one. Right one was okay with no damage till now, but left is heavily damaged now. I sent the boots to R-gol's complaint department to redeem the refund as it has 2 years warranty. After a half a month of awaiting time, today I received a negative answer, so they refused to refund the money I spent. Their conclusion was that the damage is mechanical. Well, nobody deliberately damage their expensive shoes after 5 months to hope to get a refund, that's just a nonsense. I am talking about Puma King Ultimate FG/AG Silver Sky model boots. That's not the first time I do shopping from R-gol, therefore they got me really disappointed with their decision, and I no longer trust their professionalism.

They took care to rearrange the delivery to compensate for the poor service by DPD in France

All went fine, got what I ordered in ~2 weeks.

Stay away from this scam shop. I waited 1 month for my order with items that are displayed as "in stock". They keep saying that "We are waiting for response from our warehouse" but nothing happens. Lets hope I get my money back after requesting a refund.

Order a kids pair of boots on 2 Dec. Website says delivers to Ireland in 3 to 4 working days. I’m over 2 weeks waiting and no sign of boots. Customer service said they had to import them but gave me no date.

I did order with this company from Romania, i received the products 2 days delay and some of the products had a shady quality. I return the products, paid the returned from my own pocket(already announced in the T&Cs), but the money have late more than the stipulated 5 business days and when i contacted the CS they apologies and hang up the phone while i was still speaking. I strongly advise you to never use this company as you will have only headache with them. I hope i will receive my money.

Fast delivery to sweden. Fullt trackable. Product as expected. So cant tell anything about returns.

Don't buy anything from that shop, if you are not certain of the product you buy. because if you want to return it, you have to pay and send the product back yourself. They won't give you a return label

Having read the other reviews I was wary of trying this site out. Most of the bad reviews deal with returns issues so with that in mind I didn't purchase football boots in case the size was a bit off and I'd also be here now writing a different review.
I did purchase the Adidas Al Hilm 2022 football (cos Adidas were sold out within hours) and I crossed my fingers. Thankfully the ball arrived within 4 days with no hassle. I was very impressed. I still won't purchasing anything which may need to be returned, but I can only review my experience and it was excellent.

Ich habe mir Fußballschuhe bestellt, bei denen der Preis auf der Website einfach unschlagbar war. Ich hatte kein gutes Gefühl, da zum Beispiel eine Paypal Zahlung nicht möglich war, habe aber trotzdem dort bestellt. Ca eine Woche später waren die Schuhe da. Genau wie ich sie mir vorgestellt hatte und auch kein Fake oder ähnliches. Ich war mir sicher bei der Größe: Und sie passen auch.

Looks like fraud and won t get my money back!

Worst experience ever, be careful when you try to buy something because if you want to change It you can’t due to their country policy, also for refund you need to declare too many details and send It via Email, you are not guaranteed that they will do something about. Costumer service number in Romania Is not valid. Scammers!
If you use a promocode, and you want to change a product since you can only return It, you will not benefit of the discount anymore!
