I recently had luxury vinyl plank installed by Ramtown in my kitchen. I cannot praise this establishment enough. From Pam MaKay in the showroom to Tom who managed the job to the very professional and talented installers...they get 5 stars! Low key, knowledgeable and caring.

Everyone at ramtown carpet was such a pleasure to work with. They were extremely helpful with the different types of Capet and what would work best with my house. They came out to measure and when talking about carpet I mentioned I was repainting. When I went to the store to look at other carpets they had picked out a couple paint samples that would work with the carpet we chose. The installers were extremely professional and hey worked all day and night installing my carpet. I highly recommend ramtown carpet. I loved my entire experience with them. Thank you ramtown

Ramtown Carpet did a great job with 3 bedroom carpets, a hallway tile install, and a hardwood refinishing. Tom was especially helpful in choosing the stain for the hardwood floor, which coordinated well with the hallway tile. I would definitely recommend Ramtown Carpet for your flooring needs.

Everyone at Ramtown Carpet was courteous, knowledgeable and kind. Our salesperson Pam did a great job measuring and presenting options for us to choose from. Tom, who oversaw the installation came to our home and made sure everything ran smoothly and was done correctly. Cesar and Victor were GREAT installers and so kind and competent. The only hitch was that one carpet did not come on time, but, Pam kept calling them and keep us informed the arrival.
We had a good experience with Ramtown Carpet and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to our friends.

From the time we met Nancy at the Home show at Brookdale CC we have been happy with the attention we have received. The girls spent time with us to pick out the best floor, type & color for our kitchen renovation.
Nancy kept us informed about price and instillation.
Tom provided us with a great installer, Tom also, who did a fabulous job putting down our chosen product.
Tom was very attentive during the instillation by not only coming to the house during the instillation but also to inspect the job after it was completed.

From picking out all of the great choices with the staff, to Tommy who is great at measuring and customer service, and finally the 5 installers that came on time , were very polite , very careful and were like machines installing an entire house with moving furniture , ripping up old carpet , installing the new carpet, then putting everything back where it belonged. I was amazed and to say the least very impressed. I totally recommend this place of business.

Ramtown Carpet provided excellent workmanship measuring and laying the carpet. Unfortunately, there was an extremely long wait to have carpet delivered.

What a wonderful and easy experience. From the time I walked into the showroom until the carpet was installed, everyone was very helpful and friendly.

We were blown away by the superior customer service provided at Ramtown Carpet.From the very start, their helpful and knowledgeable staff help us through the selection process.We left with a armful of samples and once at home, we decided that none were quite right for our new kitchen. We returned twice more for more samples, each time, Pam and her staff were willing to spend what ever time it took to help us pick the floor that was just right for us. Next, Tom, their measurer, came to our home and reviewed the project. Their installer, Tom, with his assistant Travis, did an excellent job. They were courteous and professional.and provided us with a beautiful new floor. They protected our home with the necessary drop cloths and cleaned up after each day. Tom (the measurer) stopped by each day to make sure the installation was going as planned.
We are very happy with our new floor, look forward to working with Ramtown on our next floor project and will be recommending them to our friends and family.
