Disappointing Quality – Roasted Peanuts With Sea Salt (120g)

I recently purchased two packs of Random Harvest’s Roasted Peanuts With Sea Salt (120g) from TK Maxx — one for myself and one intended as a gift. Unfortunately, the product did not meet the level of quality I expected from Random Harvest.

The peanuts were not evenly roasted; many appeared only partially roasted, resulting in an inconsistent texture and an unpleasant aftertaste. This was particularly disappointing given the product description highlighting “perfectly roasted” nuts with the “ideal crunch.”

Considering the price point and Random Harvest’s reputation for premium, Australian‑made gourmet products, I anticipated a higher standard. Regrettably, this item fell short of that expectation. The only positive aspect was the attractive packaging, which was well presented.

Overall, I would hesitate not to recommend this product and hope Random Harvest addresses these quality control issues to better align with the brand’s premium image.

The hamper was sent directly to a 1st time Mum. Arrived a couple of days before the day, without any problems at all

I have only just found this company and was very pleased to find they stocked Goan Cuisine goods which I have difficulty finding in my local shops. The prices were very competitive and delivery was quick and easy. I will definitely order from Random Harvest again, their range of products was amazing.

The help from Angelique, after I gave the wrong address for delivery. Hamper resent without further cost, even though it was my error.

Products were ordered delivered quickly. However one of the products was substituted without consultation. (Food allergies)

I contacted their customer service team and was shrugged off. I asked for a replacement (as ordered and described) or a refund if unable to source the original item.
I was given a generic excuse and I will not be using this company or brand again. Which is disappointing as they’re an Aussie company.
