I had an amazing experience ordering an outfit for my son’s wedding from Rania Zara. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, with the team always available and fully committed to helping whenever I needed support. My dress was made perfectly to my measurements and fit beautifully, which I was really impressed with. The whole process felt smooth and reassuring, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service and quality, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Rania Zara made my Eid shopping so effortless! I placed a last minute order and my consultant, Ashfia supported me throughout the entire process. She kept me well informed and the tracking system was excellent which allowed me to follow my order daily. Everything arrived right on time as promised.
I would definitely recommend them and will be shopping with them again!

Instead of sending review requests, you should be focusing on resolving the fact that I paid for an order months ago that has still not been delivered.

We take feedback very seriously and would like to clarify the situation for full transparency.
This order was produced and dispatched within the stated 4–5 week delivery timeframe. It was shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (tracking provided to the customer).
Royal Mail has officially confirmed that multiple delivery attempts were made at the address provided. The parcel was subsequently made available for redelivery or collection, however no action was taken, and it was eventually returned to us due to non-collection.
We also proactively escalated the matter with Royal Mail and opened a case (Ref: 1065434), and their investigation confirmed that delivery was attempted and that the item was returned to sender. The customer’s claim with Royal Mail was not upheld.
At no point was this a failure to dispatch or deliver from our side.
We remain happy to re-send the item upon return, as previously communicated.

I think more details should be provided in regards to what colours of the embroidery is on the outfit as this is important with making a choice . I felt like the image shown was misleading and was not the same as expected in the sense that the embroidery colour looked silver but is more bronze gold . This should have been stated in the description.

Rania Zara Studio operates as an authorised stockist, and all product imagery and descriptions are supplied directly by the designer brand and presented as provided. We are not permitted to amend these descriptions.
We strongly encourage clients to reach out with any outfit-related questions prior to purchase, particularly where colour, embroidery tone, or detailing is a key consideration. As part of our standard process, clear item images are always shared for approval before dispatch, and these are also shared with the designer brand.
Metallic embroidery shades — such as silver, antique gold, or bronze — can appear differently due to photography, lighting, and individual screen settings, which may affect how they are perceived online.
Your feedback has been noted and is appreciated as we continue to maintain clarity within brand guidelines.

Really good company to buy from
Really good company to buy from. They sent me wrong size trousers which they got from the designer, for one of my suits. The trousers were wrongly sown as I couldn’t even get it up one of my legs. I told Rania Zara about this, and they quickly replaced and sent me out the correct trousers in the correct size. Things were really easy and I’ll definetly be buying from them again.

I do not recommend buying from here
I do not recommend buying from here. I purchased an expensive piece from their website. I ordered a medium size. A couple of months ago, I complained that the neckline was too tight and so they gave me a £25 refund for the neckline. When I took it to the tailor, he said this is not a size medium, but an XS. So we undid the label and underneath, it says XS. I have pictures of my neck where it’s irritated the skin and also of the label where they scammed me by putting a size M on top of XS. I’m hugely disappointed from such a big brand and I was supposed to wear this dress in my function next month and now I cannot wear it as it is so tight.

Thank you for your message.
I understand your concerns and respect your right to refer to consumer legislation. For clarity, your order was placed on 25th December 2024 as a made-to-order item in your requested size. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made and personalised goods are exempt from the standard right to cancellation or refund unless proven faulty. (Which.co.uk reference) When you first contacted us in January, you raised a concern about the neckline only. This was fully addressed at the time, we reviewed the matter with the brand, apologised, and issued you a £25 goodwill credit on 5th may 2025 , which you accepted. The issue of sizing was never raised until now, eight months later, long after the outfit has remained in your possession. As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be rejected for a refund within 30 days of delivery if they are faulty. After this period, remedies are limited to repair or replacement, and only if an issue was raised within a reasonable time. Since the sizing concern has only just been mentioned now, we cannot accept it as grounds for refund. Please be assured that we would never intentionally misrepresent or mislabel any product. We also keep clear records showing that your initial concern was about the neckline only, which was settled in January. You are, of course, entitled to raise this with Trading Standards, and we will provide them with full records of our communications and the goodwill resolution that was accepted at the time. We are truly sorry that you remain unhappy, but from our side, this case is considered closed. We wish you the very best for your wedding day.

Great buy
This was my first time ordering from Rani Zara.
I had a slight hiccup with my order, but they corrected this, and I was able to reorder something else and it arrived in great time and it was amazing.
Very well made and pictures and videos also sent to me before being dispatched.
Overall i am satisfied and they are helpful with customer service if you have any problems.

Had to keep chasing them up for an update on my outfit
They charge £40 for delivery and its not even here fast, took 7weeks to come, and i wasnt getting an update on my order, kept WhatsApping them, they were saying they will send dispatch number, but never did until a day before of delivery, i just has to keep chasing them up, then it only came 4days before the wedding and the size was wrong, I ordered Small but it was large, so had to go out my way to find someone to adjust it and pay more money ontop of the £220 I already spent! Proper headache! Next time im going on Vinted!
