Delivered on time, did exactly what it said on tin, worked really well on our UPVC front door, looks that good the a relative is going to do his. It was very well packed.

Delivery was due to be delayed due to…
Delivery was due to be delayed due to lack of stock from manufacturer. This was very inconvenient as decorator was waiting. The delay was quickly communicated to me and Rawlins did what they could to reduce which ended up being 1 day later than originally quoted. I felt my concerns were listened to, taken seriously and the company exerted pressure on manufacturer.
Very happy with customer service and am told the product quality is also very good.

Easy Peasy
This was the first time I have ever bought paint online which was very easy. I ordered Zinsser gloss 2.5 ltr which was delivered as promised and very well packaged. The product is excellent and I am extremely pleased with the results. I would certainly use them again.

Wrong mix of paint
One tin of paint came open in transit. 4 tins were the wrong colour in the mixing which was only obvious when almost a whole tin had been applied Although the tins were replaced and the paint itself was good when asked whether any offer would be made to compensate for the time and effort taken to overpaint the wrong colour a flat rejection was made. So be warned. Don’t just rely on them being able to supply the correct mix and check it carefully to ensure they have supplied what you ordered.

Friendly expert advice was greatly appreciated
After the rapid failure of the previous paint (from a different supplier), we needed expert advice on suitable primer and topcoat for our external steel balustrade in a coastal location.
Nick talked me through the steps required for effective preparation and recommended a combination of Juno primer and topcoat.
Nick clearly knew his stuff and I was happy to go with his recommendations.
The finished job looks great and only time will tell how durable the finish will be.
The next day delivery was excellent.

Good quality paint, delivery expensive
Good quality paint and although it was not cheap we are pleased with the result.
The initial delivery was one pot short and I had to phone to find out why. However I had to order more pots and due to the missing pot on the first delivery the second did not incur a delivery charge.
My one issue is delivery charges are very expensive.

We completely understand your comments about the delivery cost. Your order weighed around 60kg, which unfortunately makes it considerably more expensive to ship than a standard parcel. We're always reviewing our delivery charges to keep them as competitive as possible.

I had really helpful and immediate advice on how to seal and paint my concrete window ledges, including which products to buy and how to apply.
Delivery to the north of Scotland was very efficient and the items arrived in perfect condition due to the excellent packing.
I highly recommend Rawlins Paints and will be using again.

Pre purchase questions were answered very quickly. I ordered two spray cans, sadly one stopped spraying before it was empty, but having the second allowed me to finish the job.
