Paid over £10 for the tiniest piece of sample masonery paint on a piece of paper. I know I should have realised the size when ordering but it's absolutely no use to get a proper idea of how the colour will look. Once bitten...

We're sorry to hear the sample wasn't what you expected, Karen. The dimensions are listed on the product page to help customers choose the right option before ordering. We also offer larger A5-sized colour sheets in RAL 5019, which may be more suitable for your needs.
Our customer service team tried calling to discuss your concerns and left a voicemail, but unfortunately haven't heard back. We'd still welcome the opportunity to speak with you and help.

Delivery was prompt
Delivery was prompt, and even though not all 4 tins came in the first delivery, the fourth arrived a few days later. This was enough time for the first coat to dry anyway. Impressive product and it saved us the desperation of paying too much for an inefficient A/C unit during the heatwave.
