Raymour & Flanigan - Albany Colonie Avis 

I was in the market for a new mattress and I did my homework online. With so many different types of mattresses I got a bit overwhelmed. I had bought some livingroom furniture at RF in the past with a sales associate named George Carta so I decided to go see him. I am so glad that I did, he educated me on my needs and worked within my budget. The whole experience was enjoyable and I purchased a wonderful mattress and a adjustable frame. Please go see George at RF, you won't be sorry !!!

Salesman was very helpful and gave us different ideas

Hello, we recently purchased a PWR Layflat reclining electric chair. Upon delivery, my wife brought it to the attention of your delivery staff the chair seemed rough and jittery when utilizing it's electronic functions. The delivery employee stated - she would have to have a service team member come out and fix/make adjustments to the chair and, left. My wife scheduled an appointment for this past Monday (work day) for service to come out and assess, only to be canceled the day of, and was told to call back and reschedule? I then met with your GM (Kas) at your Central Ave, Albany NY location, who proceeded to put me through to service. I spoke with Danielle in service who confirmed that a "tech" would have to come out and assess/fix our $1200.00 brand new chair. I then asked why wouldn't you just exchange it for a new chair, like we purchased? And who would agree to have a company make repairs on a piece of obviously defective merchandise they sold and delivered to a customer?! Danielle then stated that my wife signed off and accepted delivery. Please tell me you do not conduct business this way? Buyer beware!!!

Mel was our salesperson and she was great. Kind, caring and knowledgeable. Store was clean , no one bothered you . Amazing . We had a bad experience about 10 years ago Raymour and Flanigan and Mel redeemed your company so that is amazing and no easy feat . She needs high praise and my spouse and I were not on the same page and Mel came up with a solution that worked for us. Kudos
