Great experience. The salesman was exceptional. Showed me several chairs that would fit in a small space. My first choice was leather and found just the perfect size. Concerned about the stitches but he explained/ offered the 5 yr protection plan. That made up my mi d

Professional & courteous
Our sales rep. name was Tom, very professional and courteous. He gave us information and then would give us space to look and talk about the items we were looking at. He then would come back and see how we were doing. I liked that because it gave us time to talk privately. He wasn't pushy or over bearing on pushing for a sale. It was a good experience and we would go back there when we are in need of more furniture.

A memorable visit to Raymour and Flanigan.
Our visit to Raymour and Flanigan outlet store was marked by an astoundingly good experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and full of sound advice. Especially the Sleep Consultant Ms.Leila Gonzales helped us from start to finish, helping us every step of the way. Highly recommended. This is a self-motivated review of a good customer service.

Efficient and courteous service
