Great store
Always nice salespeople who are very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. They hones in to my needs and price point and helped me make a good decision. The products are very well made and they stand behind them. The delivery service is excellent. Just wish they had more “modern” selections.

Our sales person was extremely helpful
Our sales person was extremely helpful. However, it is extremely frustrating that Raymour and Flanigan does not allow customization of all furniture. The loveseat that would’ve accompanied a couch we were interested in was way too long and we were not able to find another loveseat that could be upholstered with the same fabric to match the couch.

Delivery person refuses to wait for…
Delivery person refuses to wait for longer then 10 minutes to have mattress delivered at cargo section. Mattress was supposed to be delivered on Monday and driver never returned. this was never mentioned by salesperson.
