Raymour & Flanigan - Natick Avis 

I personally went to purchase several items for a new townhouse I'm moving to. The salesperson was very professional but before I left I realized this place doesn't have integrity. I'm unsure why several items aren't labeled with a price, You need the salesperson to scan it and give you a price. Then before checking out, she was going to ask if any further discounts could be taken off. This just makes you realize that for some individuals they are paying less than others. When I read more online, after I left about the home repair with items I realized there is a huge problem with integrity with this place and wish I hadn't given them my business.

Sales associate very good. Listened to what we needed and wanted, didn't pressure us to look at other things, and made a sale.

Our salesman Aubrey did a great job walking us around the showroom and helping us look for new couches and coffee tables. He was knowledgeable and quick. Delivery was great as well.

Quickly responded to our inquiries about our interest in a mattress purchase. First David, then Jamal, Able to direct us to finding the products we were interested in purchasing.

My coffee table came dented and scratched on the corner of the top of it. It came that way which is upsetting because we paid alot of money for it.

Kevin G was the best salesman ever! Very welcoming, informing us and taking us to where the beds were, but then backing off and letting us look without breathing down our necks. just how I like it. He was professional, kind and very funny! I would recommend anyone looking for furniture to go see him!

My sales person was Scott Hyslop. Who took the time to show me different examples of what I was looking for. Went over my needs with explanation and detail. What I appreciated most. There was no instant pressure to purchase. Which gave me time to research and think about my purchase. Which made me want to return and make my purchase at your store.

We really felt like the personnel we dealt with we’re helpful without being pushy. They were patient and were able to answer all of our questions.

I was told about Raymour & Flanigan by my sister who has bought 3 rooms of furniture from you. I had been to a couple of other places looking to see if I could find anything I liked and the Sales people reminded me of an old time used car sales person, My sales rep Daquan Turner was very professional, I enjoyed working with him. I felt no pressure at all. He listened to me when I had told him what I was looking for, He escorted me to the area where I could find what I was looking for and let me walk around looking and came back to check on me a few times, He was very helpfull

Scott was wonderful. No pressure and we wanted to be in and out of there because we knew exactly what we wanted. He showed us the showrooms we went through them and he knew how to talk with us instead of at us. And so we were in and out of there in 45 minutes with the purchase of a sofa bed and a bureau. That’s what we like… And no pressure sales person And he had a great personality as well.

Great staff. Not pushy, but genuinely helpful when you needed it. Good prices, good quality merchandise.

Everything that could go wrong went wrong, except for a good in-store experience. I took a day off from work. Waited for my delivery. It was canceled last minute due to missing parts. Received a bed that was falling apart, poorly put together squeaking. The replacement had a big gouge in it, and you could cut your finger on it. I was supposed to receive my nightstand, but that didn’t happen with the first few orders when I finally received it. It had multiple scratches. I will never order from the store again and I’m still waiting for a technician to set up a service appointment to fix the damage furniture that I received. If there is a quality control inspection of furniture before it is delivered it is not working well there is no excuse for shipping this type of material with poor quality and scratches and damage.
