Purchased a sofa
Purchased a sofa, recliner and accent chair. Once we received delivery, we realized the sofa was too big for the room. Called and tried to return sofa and wanted to exchange for another sofa. Was told no returns can be accepted after delivery (even though website says returns are subject to a 15% restock fee which I was willing to pay).

Delivery and assembly
I got a sectional delivered but they left the pieces unconnected. I called and asked if that’s included in the delivery and they said it should be and they’ll send someone out later to assemble it. They came back a few days later and put the pieces together but the pieces are not flush. The sectional and delivery was not cheap. Can anything get done right?

Jide was very professional and very helpful. He knew exactly what we were looking for. Most of all we never felt pressured. We told him we wanted to think about the purchase so he gave us all the information along with his business card and told us to call him when we decided. I phoned him that same afternoon and completed the purchase.

You walk in the door and they start following you and lurking in the back its creepy . I wanted 3 rooms of furniture but bought a server and left.

A quick & perfect purchase

Pricing was misleading and didn’t learn…
Pricing was misleading and didn’t learn of final price until after checkout. Don’t like that you lose sale price because you finance with approved R & F finance. Not sure if I even got the $25 credit sent to me by email from R&F. Price changed for original shown once I hit final checkout button.

I hate when the salesman follows me…
I hate when the salesman follows me around when Iam trying to figure out what sparks my interest but Makhail understood and gave me the time that was needed. When I did ask for his help he was well informed and quick to answer my questions. He was very patient being that I had a hard time making up my mind and it was much appreciated.
