Raymour & Flanigan - North Haven Avis 

Prior to delivery I was informed by Raymour and Flanigan via email and text. I was given the time frame to expect the product to be delivered. Prior to delivery I got a text in it o was able to track down to the last minute before the delivery was made. The persons who made the delivery was courteous and my furniture was delivered safely . Jennifer is fantastic. Just purchased a queen vibrating bed w/mattress. We love it so much we were able to purchase a king size exact bed over phone. Transaction was 10 min & we were offered delivery the next day. Jennifer is extremely well knowledgeable & adorable. We will be back for more furniture

Great experience from the minute I entered the beautiful Waterbury Store I told the sales person who met us at the door exactly what I was doing there and what I wanted to see; she immediately took us around and showed us everything we wanted to see. Eddie was extremely helpful. I came in looking for a sectional, which he showed me several and then I spotted the sofa and loveseat. Fell in love with it. He then showed me some hassocks which I also found matches the design on the fabric. He explained the platinum protection plan which at first I was not going to take but changed my mind when I realized the cost was not too much considering what my furniture was worth.
